No, you do not have to register with the website to place an order. You can checkout as a guest.

I live overseas, I want to place an order for a friend/relative in Dubai, is this possible?

Yes, you can place an order from another country to a friend/relative in Dubai. Please provide the correct delivery address & contact number so that we contact the person prior to delivering the order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept international & local credit/debit cards and cash on delivery. When placing an order you need to specify the payment type. For orders made via the hotline you need to indicate to the agent the required payment type when making the order.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes you can cancel an order by reaching out to our hotline however if the order is already prepared or nearing preparation completion we will not be able to cancel the order

How do I obtain a refund for canceled orders?

A canceled order is submitted for refunds within a day or two. However note that the entire refund process takes up to 7 to 20 working days depending on the bank. Some payments are voided by the bank and you will not receive a refund instead the transaction is removed from the statement. The process and the timelines are specific to each card issuing bank.
